Our customers privacy is of the highest importance to us, we do not release personal details to any third party for mailing or marketing purposes.

When you make a purchase form our website, we collect certain personal information from you. Information is held by us for the purposes of our own mailing and marketing on a secure server. Bentley Ash Photography does not hold any financial details about you and complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.

Reputable third party banking and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfilment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

Change or Cancel an Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us on 01564 770323 any time between 9am and 5.30pm (Monday - Friday). Please have details of the order to hand.

If your products have already been forwarded for processing, then it may not be possible to either change or cancel the order.

If you decided to cancel your order we reserve the right to charge in full.

Returns Procedure

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return a product due to damage or inferior quality we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned within a reasonable time (usually 28 days)

Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product where it is damaged or of inferior quality.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on items that have already been printed or processed unless they are faulty or of poor quality.

Delivery Charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is damaged or of inferior quality, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are damaged poor quality, or not as described.

Delivery

We try where ever possible to give an indication of delivery times. We aim to despatch most products within 14 working days of confirmation of your order. Gift tokens will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt.
